so ive been going to the gym everyday for the past few months and i did loose wait and gain some muscle. im using some supplements but i have a few question.
im taking pills, CLA, which supposedly converts fat into energy and also blocks fat...? ( not sure but i know the conversion of fat is true)
i was wondering, should i take this before i eat or before i work out?
i also have a bottle of cartine i ingest before i work out. ( today was my first day of consumption) which gives me an energy and supposedly increases my metabolism which is slow.
do these products really work? i also drink whey after my workout.
i know the side effects and effects of these products and will like to know some feedback from some more knowledgeable people. thanks.

Height- 6 and 1/2 inch
Waist - 31
Shirt size - small - medium
Curl- 30 each arm
- With bar - 60 and 55
Bench - reps 135 - max 180
Abs - p90x every other day ONLY ab ripper
Tricep pulls - 110 - 120 - 130 for reps
Chest butterflies - 120 130 150 ( MACHINE )
Chest hammer machine - 45 plates on each side for reps.
Shoulder hammer machine - 45 plates each side with increase of weight of 10 pounds at times
Shoulder flies - 15 pounds for each arm.
Weigh in before - 200 - 206 pounds
Waist size 34- 36
Shirt size - Large
within 4 1/2 months i have lost more than 20+ pounds....
Most importantly to end this thread. Should i be using these products to cut my weight? thanks for your inputs and comments.
