ok lets start with my EOS specs:
qev, virtue board redefined, blue volume insert, stock reg, fresh battery,.,.

I will really appreciate any help in regards to the following:

-the virtue board gets like clogged when the operating pressure is raised to 240+ when the operating pressure for the EOS using QEV should be 260psi max.
If psi is raised above 240, the solenoid will make a "click" sound when pulling the trigger and will not fire until pressure is lowered to 240 or below. the FPS is not greater than 264. Dwell settings vary from 12 to 24 and nothing helps. When using QEV dwell setting should be from 12 to 16 as per Virtue board specs.
At the chrono the fps are not constant.
always using my fully filled Ninja hpa tank.

People i've been dealing with this problem more than 2 weeks ago, i already sent back the board to Virtue and they sent me a "fixed" board. Still same problems. Before sending the board back to Virtue, the marker was not able to fire.

Yeah same here when it comes to the fps not being that great it jumps from 240-280 i cant get it to stay at the same fps.
But this is my setup
Virtue Board.
Tech T-L7 bolt.
Tech T Ball Detents.
ION Laser Eyes
blue volume insert
360 QEV.
