PM8 problems

So i picked up a pm8 today on the cheap. Got it home to see what was wrong with it and when i aired it up it cycled and the bolt stayed forward. If i push the bolt backwards it will cycle with the bolt staying forward. This happens regardless of if the board is on or off. cleaned everything and set the LPR to factory setting of 2.5-3 turns out ans air pours out like i did not have a noid installed.

So my question is does this sound like a blown noid to anyone? its about the only thing i can think of. If so is there a way to test the noid?

EDIT: Fixed, the guy I got it from put wrong o-rings in. Replaced em and now it works golden
