Dye ultralight

My ultralight setup has the reg built into the front-block. With that setup is it possible to have a ccm pump?

Yup! You would need to purchase their mini pump kit.

That would be a mini 2k+ front block.

I would look for checkit's 2k+ mini kit. It's load cheaper and in my experience, smoother and better made.

I have used every pump kit except for hooptie

Smoother and better built than a CCM kit? That's outrageous.

Besides, the Vendetta/Check It kit I had was sloppy by comparison (particularly to CCM's new hardware) although it was a pretty decent "copy".

I have used the newer style hardware and think that check it is better.

The biggest thing form me was the fact that the spent is harder on the ccm kit.

But don't listen to me, I have just formed my pinion based on comfort over brand.

Heck, my favorite sniper only has ccm springs.

But it also has a custom sft oring seal in the body custom bolt, dp barrel, dye pro frame, ccm feedneck (forgot to add that), rat and phat lowers, Sanchez ivg, xsv Asa, cp reg, check it kit,

And internals are soon to be ion coated.

Sweetspot - 215 psi, 2 1/2 turns in, 3 bags per 48/45 cool fill, decible is the same as a silenced subsonic bullet from a .22 rifle (imagine a phantom with 3/4 the sound.

But it was a very expensive build.

only down side to the CCM mini kit is thats theres no lip on the back of the asa to keep the kit from turning on the body, its pretty easy to bump it to one side or the other binding up the pump arm.

Thanks for help. So there is no way to get the 2k+ CCM kit to work? You can't purchase any of the mini kit separately?

No, your going to have to use a kit for a 2k+ Mini, not sure if CCM will sale the parts seperate, but there are other kits out there

You can buy the parts more or less separately, but then you won't be able to play with it until you've completed the kit.

I would have to agree with castro on this. The problem I had with my vendetta was the pump handle plate. The hole for the pump rod on the plate is slightly off causing the pump rod to rub against the guide rods plate. I ended up using a ccm plate with the vendetta's handle and didn't have any further problems.

Also, if your mini kit is properly secured, you shouldn't have any twisting problems. When pressurized, the kit is even more likely to stay in place.

funny, even Rod said it was an issue when I talked to him about it, he's the one who told me to drill a small hole into both sides and put a small pin in between, or use a thin piece of double sided tape between the pieces to help keep it from twisting, just haven't gotten around to doing it yet.

Hey, I didn't say it would fix it completely. I'm just speaking from experience. While the gun is aired up, it will be much more difficult to tweak that pump kit.
