I've noticed some people comment and say some tanks are a 5 year hydro when they actually say 3 years on the tank.

Anyone have any idea if this is qualifies as a 5 yr tank?

It's still every 3 years according to the DOT number in the stickys. So unless you've had it hydroed lately according to the DOT label you are out of hydro.
