Of course I did, I wouldn't have it any other way  Also put lots of pepper in the eggs.

peppered green heirloom tomatoes and what looks like pork and yellow squash?
and that chart siu bao looks too good. theres this placed called happy yogurt by northgate here at A&M and i sometimes go there late as hell after hitting the bars because they have the best barbecue steamed buns ever.

I agree. Charcoal tastes so much better. Must be all the hydrocarbon carcinogens that make it so.
I do like my gas grill for the convenience though. Instant on. The mess stays outside. Plus, I have mine connected to the NG supply of my house, so no tanks to fill either.

I technically didn't make this. The wife did. The tomatoes and herbs came fresh from our garden. T'was yummy.

Currently making vegetable samosas with a corriander dipping sauce and Balti minced lamb w/ fenugreek for dinner tonight. Will post pics when it's done.
