I had a pretty good lunch today, simple...but still pretty good.

Pounded out a chicken breast until it was pretty thin, grilled it with some onions. Made a garlic, mayo with a tad of horseradish, and had that on toasted rye.

Hmm, white wine reduction, with garlic, rosemary, oregano, bay leaves, and chicken stock.

Basically the same sauce that I had on my shrimp but I didn't add the chicken broth for the shrimp.

I'm making this tomorrow. My Bagelwich was so awesome that I'm going to make another now at 2AM. Will poast pics of the hotdogs, but it will be using Jalepeno Cheddar dogs, and may substitute something else for beans though if I can think of anything, because I'm not buying any.

As a fat guy I can appreciate the awesomeness of this heart-attack in a bun, lol.

Garlic and rosemary mash potatoes, with fresh beans, and Greek style chicken.

(yes, the top of the chicken is burned, my George Foreman does that. Yay College!)
