Solid week-ish food-wise for a semi-broke college student, made homemade Cheesy Gordita Crunches, Spicy Sausage Spaghetti, Chicken Enchiladas, and Salmon Burgers. 3/4 were excellent, the 1/4 was the Salmon burgers, which were essentially panko breaded salmon patties on bread, prolly wouldn't do it again... All the others were solid

maybe not so much cheap, as simple and not overwhelming.

I know this isn't food, but today I made a couple knives sharp.
http://cl.ly/a0e82a5886eb4b50a7e8
those first two cuts were made with just the weight of the blade, no downward pressure from me.

It was the sharpest knife I have ever bought. I have a 8000/2000 oil stone that I use to sharpen all my knifes with.

pretty sure that j knives respond a lot better to waterstones than oil stones. I could be wrong, though.

Pasta tonight. Added a little spinach to the pasta dough this time for fun green color and to add a little leafy veg to my son's diet.
