reverse magnets in splash eye covers

Anyone else have this happen? I tried to put my friends red and silver splash parts on my luxe and the eye covers seem to have reverse magnets. as to repell the eye covers off my gun.

IDK if its a custom anno or factory. Your parts could of have had the magnets put in backwards.

Or if someone owned your buddys gun before him and switched magnets out(replaced them) maybe due to damage or lose. And put the wrong ones in gun and or eyes. Or more likely put them in backwards.

I have switched eye covers with over 10 luxes and have never run into this problem.

My repair kit came with magnets. So I would assume so. They are probably either glued in or pressed. I havent needed to change my so I dont know for sure thou.
