CK Question

Why is that during the Chris Lasoya section, all the Miami Effect Logos are clearly blurred out on his jerseys during shots of him playing for Miami Effect, and all the Oakland Assassin Logos are blurred out on Bob's shirt durring the Bob Long section?

Also, when can we expect to see a CK3?

I believe CK was shot during the time that the NXL was a completely closed league. The thought was that they were magically going to get on TV, so they withheld media rights to certain companies. There also could've been issues between the individual teams/franchise owners because Miami Effect and Oakland Assassins were both gone I think by the time the video was released.

Said issues probably prevented those trademarked and/or copyrighted team logos from being displayed. The easy way around that, obviously, is simply to blur them out.

It was due to trademark and copyrighted team logos at the time. I was told that the safest way to keep from violating trademark was to blur them out, so I did. It was a big pain in the ***.

Thats wierd that some team logos are copyrighted and others are not. I'm sure it was. Thank you for clarifying that though.

It had to do with the NXL and the franchise teams... Back when everyone thought that they where going to make a million off of paintball.
