Opened a ticket Aug 18 that hasn't been answered yet #12505. Also James - Sent pictures like you requested on my droid taht was cracking the valve keg and all I got back was, Its $30 for a new one and no explanation.

I recently sent in a service ticket and I got it resolved quickly and personally!

James I need your help again ticket 12617 i need a filter and screws for the back cap they gave me a qoute for 10 on the filter but said nothing of the screws can you help me? I really would like to have this taken care of as soon as possible. I could just order the filter but I don't want to end up paying 10 for screws if they can be shipped together...

hate to bother you again, but I have not recevied the rx2 reg fillter yet. ticket number 12537. paid with paypal and receved a notice that the part where being sent on sept. 12. just want an update.

My ticket number is 12537 I have Paid for the part have not recieved it yet. have gotten no updates from macdev and my ticket was closed. the last I heard from anyone was a month ago. I have tryed email jerry and calling jerry, no answer. I want to know what is going on, and i want my part.

TWB sorry jerry has been away and will be answering his phone tomorrow, we have all been flat out in the machine shop as well so im a little behind on emails.

i will look into this first thing tomorrow when i can talk with jerry, very sorry for the delay. it may have simply been lost in the post.
