Hey I emailed the support email a few days ago about a new power button for my Clone and has not received any sort of reply (even something saying I need to buy one or something). Kind of frustrating because I can't turn my gun on without an allen key until I get a new one. Any way to expedite getting that part? Thanks and I know you guys are swamped. I also submitted a help ticket. my number is 12499

Update: James just emailed me today and my power button is on the way. Thanks Macdev! You guys have been on top of your game since the recent changes in support

Same here with Jerry. It is also a little hard to tell if that is the right address when you have sent several emails to him with no response and you are telling people not to send emails to that address.

someone was sending some files through that were clogging the whole system up so we were not recieving any mails!
it is all sorted out now and if you have been waiting for a response you should see something today.
