We at Vanguard are are happy to introduce this online registration to make things much easier on you to file any and all warranty claims. We strive to bring you the best customer service available along with standing behind our products.
The 12 month warranty requires that you register your marker with Vanguard within 90 days of original purchase and it must be registered before making any warranty claim.
. The benefit of registering your marker is to validate the Warranty of your marker. If you have not registered your marker already then we recomend that you do so Now. Starting August 16, 2010 , only markers that have been registered within 90 days of purchase will be covered under the manufacturers warranty.
* Product updates
. If we decide to issue updated parts for any of our markers, these will be sent out directly to the owners of these markers using our Warranty registration . If you haven't registered your marker you will not be listed to receive any parts as an update.
* Proof of Purchase
We may require a proof of purchase for any marker that has been filed for a Warranty claim. Providing us with this information gives us the ability to determine a date of purchase if needed. All CREED/ DEMON owners should keep a copy of the original receipt as we reserve the right to require a copy of it for warranty claims.
*Note* Our warranty is valid only for the 1st 12 months from the date of original purchase. It is recommended that second/third owners update registration with the new owner info to be informed of updates and important information, but it will not extend the warranty to these users.
