Cool

I may do that this weekend. Although theres other how to paint mask threads and it would be the same as them unless you have one thats chipping in that case I used sand papers to take off the red, and silver layer under the red ( the silver layer is slick and I was afraid it wouldnt hold) so then I primered it let it sit for a day. Then took a pink spray paint ( this paint was specifically to plastic and painted it) and let it sit for another day. Then took blue metallic paint and a paint brush and slung it at the mask (this was fun) let it set and then clear coat it the next day and wala! But if your mask isint one of the ones thats chipping you should be able to go straight over the main color. You could prime it to be safe.

sry was just a quick over view.

I was fogging like crazy today. It was really annoying. The temp was about 50-60 today, humidity didn't seem that bad.

I have an amber lens. I used it a few times for night games with stadium lighting but I didn't like how that type of lighting interacted with the lens. The lens probably works better on cloudy days or during dawn/dusk. I haven't tried it under those conditions.

I just took the ear foam out. so much more comfortable for me at least. I have a bigger head so I had to do it to make it feel right.

What if we just want a solid color, such as pink (for the Profit) - how much is that? How durable are these? Do they stick well? Are they removable with damaging mask paint job?

Thanks for the pic of the amber lens, but that doesn't really help me.

I guess what I'm getting at is, should I get a clear or amber lens for the indoor season?

If you are always playing indoors and the lighting never changes, I would just stick with the clear lens, unless it's poor indoor lighting.

Well I don't already have a clear lens, just the stock one. It's kinda dark unless I tilt my head back, and I have a really hard time seeing where my paint is going.

Plus the lighting is much less than perfect, so I guess I'll get an amber lens and try it out. If nothing else, I can probably trade it for a clear one easily.

just got my tangerine and white profits in today. there brand new and they already have flaking by the front mouth section!!!
after calling sly apparently this flaking is from the under lip part where the mask is taped off for painting. sometimes the taping off portion isnt perfect i guess. why wouldnt they paint it first then put it to the mask? makes more sense to me

Well, they get 1 work week to at the very least acknowledge, then I start complaining online about the quality of customer service. So far, I am not impressed.

exactly... the lens also do not have a good user review every where... the lens have short lifespan before the coating fail.... poor quality indeed.. On the price range the Profit is placed head on with Dye i4, Profit loose badly.. No offense to Sly I do love the comfy & looks but Sly need to beef up the quality to have a good market man.....
