Classification:
Rookie is considered someone who is ranked D4 or below in PSP and L2 or below in the MPS. If you are not sure if you qualify please ask, qualifications are as detailed as I can make them. If any player is caught exceeding these qualifications their team will be disqualified promptly without a refund.
