Coming into $50,000 in less than 3 months. What to do?
The minimum will be $50,000.
The maximum will be upwards around 80,000.
But i want to work with my minimum so i do not get my hopes up.
What would you do with $50,000.
It would be nice to double it in 1 year.

That's what I would do, or you could be smart and not stupid like me and save it!

dont try and double it in one year, buy preferred shares that have a high yeild, or even just buy CD's you dont want to risk that money unless you really can.

are you kidding or what? housing prices are getting ready for another huge blow when the 2.6 million 90+ day late mofo's get foreclosed on in the next year.
why not research the housing market before advising someone to invest in it.  |

no it doesn't, its a clear fact that the housing industry along with everything that goes with it (i.e. construction) has gone with the economy due to the fact that it was a prime reason that the economy has gone down hill. Hell, here in miami the gov't is subcontracting projects because the construction industry isn't doing so well
