I'm still here. Been under 2000 calories for the past few days. I got the hang of this, and I'm not counting as much as I've been; its just routine now. I had to make a new hole in my belt last week, and now its loose on my again. My pants are loose as well. Gonna try to hold off on buying new clothes for a few more weeks since I'm feeling like I'll be doing that alot. Weighed myself and I was about 2 pounds under my last weigh in, but this one was after lunch and I was wearing clothes

Keto has been easier when I found out that fiber doesn't count to your carb totals. So nuts are in and they make it easier to just chew on something.

so ive been wanting something sweet for the past couple days and found that classic jello any flavor and some light whipped cream taste great, are sweet, and have no or very little carbs.

That helps a ton. Jello is mostly animal products anyway, haha. I constantly crave carbs, it's not hunger at all. I ate with my friends tonight after basketball at Denny's, I had an omelet which was fine for being hungry but watching them eat pancakes and stuff was killer.

I crave carbs a lot too. I just try to find things to chew on that don't have carbs but kind of taste like they do. Like pork rinds are kind of like potato chips with out the carbs. I just had to get past the face that I was really eating pork rinds haha.

breakfast:
im not really sure
i think im just going to have a protein shake, im not hungry at all.

lunch:
4 eggs 1/3 ground beef and 1oz of cheese with some hot sauce, damn good omelet.

I read that replacing meals with shakes isn't great for keto. I lurk on bb.com keto forums and I saw that. I do it too though so if it works keep doing it, haha.

I've lost 4lbs so far, I think it's starting to kick in. If I could get to 160 I think I'd be satisfied. Then I want to bulk up.

Peanut butter is keto approved? Since when haha. I've been pretty much exclusively living on salad, eggs, and steak. i was 12 pounds down when i weighed myself yesterday. It's startin to get kinda hard. I want a bagel w/ peanut butter like every morning haha.

Peanut butter is in small amounts, any carbs are. PB also has some fiber too, and natural PB doesn't have any added sugar.

I eat natural pb. a serving has like 6g of net carbs so I would say its good as long as you don't eat it like 5 times a day haha

Just made a banging lo mein stir-fry.

Noodles: 250cal
Chicken: 200cal
Misc. Veggies: 100 cal

For 550-600 calories this thing is worth it.

Just a tiny bit of spray olive oil so it didn't stick, then the run-off from the chicken did the rest.

That's legit. Wok oil has a lot of fat in it, I didn't know if you used that. You're obviously not on keto, haha, so olive oil is best for you. Me too probably.

I eat too much, I think. I guess because I'm always craving carbs I try and get rid of it. I'm averaging probably 2400 calories a day. Which is enough for me to lose weight I think, and most keto articles I've seen recommend about that much. I lifted today and went for a spontaneous run (3 miles, probably a 7.5 minute mile pace) and I work construction, but I'm always afraid of eating too much.

**** is rough. Sometimes I want to give up, but I at least want to wait until I can carb up to see if I can deal. The first two weeks have been tough as far as an eating standpoint go, but I'm not lethargic or anything. I found out I can do more cardio and it made me feel better. According to fitday I've burned around 4k calories today and I've only eaten 2600 so who knows.

Keep up the good work guys.

As for the carb cravings, you may not be spacing your fat out good enough causing your body to want something more. Those PB/tuna breakfasts might need a little more fat in them.

I got kinda stuck at 187 for a few days when I wasnt eating. Down to 183 now, I've been throwing in way more fats. Been adding in shrimp, some nuts, black olives, pepperoni, and a little more cheese. Goin good.
