Sunday morning we walked from the parking lot and the clouds were circling ominously. We're from SoCal and used to earthquakes but were kind of freaked out about the likelihood of a tornado. We tried to laugh that off until a horn went off that sounded like a civil warning. We talked to one of the local security guys and he was concerned too, which didn't make us feel any better. After that the swirling clouds passed over and any imagined or real danger seemed to pass, but that was definitely an adrenaline rush for us.
for future reference, since you guys don't get many tornados:
always stand directly under the swirling cloud.
