Muscle Milk!

Im currently 140 right now i want to drop to 119-125 at the end of the summer for wrestling season. And i've used MM before about twice but, i was wondering if i take it regularly will it just make me gain weight or will the "lean" lipids just convert the fats to energy and not be stored? Or are they just trying to bull**** me?

your going to gain weight if taken regularly, if you use it as a dietary supplement you will start to lose weight and gain some muscle...im also a wrestler, im in the 125lb class. If i was you i would not take MM its more of a weight gainer try a good diet or what im taking called nitro peak its for athletes not really going to see much weight gain but you will get stronger if used correctly also drink amino acids.


try to stay away from creatine its not as bad as people or coaches say and could be used but just as needed, not to gain like advertised. I would suggest going to a small nutritional store and explain your situation bigger stores like GNC & vitamin shoppe just try to sell you stuff you don't need.

Also my coach usually says don't worry about your weight too much just eat very healthy. worry about your weight after you take your body fat and hydration test.. its what gives you a official regulation statement saying how much weight you can drop all depending on your body fat %.

Muscle Milk is incredibly overpriced and has way too many calories if you're trying to lose weight. Go with ON Gold Standard, it's got 1/3 of the calories and half the serving size of muscle milk. Plus it's like, half the cost. Not to mention it has Arsenic and Mercury/Lead in it. :maybedodgy:

MM has too many calories in it for leaning out; you will want to use a different recovery/anabolic drink (i dont like using the word protien shake because there is so much more to it them than jsut protein)
I recommend Syntha-6. This product will allow you to meet ur goals if you workout properly. When you lift u will be burning fat and tearing your mucles. Syntha-6 will allow your body to more quickly add more muscle fibers to your body, increasing your current muscle mass and putting muscle in place of fat. Syntha-6 is the best at this because that is what it is targeted towards. MM is all about mass and its more for big guys who dont care about getting cut, just stronger at any costs.
Like I mentioned before it isnt a magic drink though. U still need to eat right and workout right. In order to facilitate the workout part look into NO Xplode to increase your concentration and motivation and increase your working threshold (lift the same weight faster and for more reps).
