09 indy tune

just got my self a 09 indy was wondering if there were tuning tips i wanted it to shoot as quite an soft aS POSSIBLE

With most stacked tube poppets (like the Indy) you would normally lower your hpr and lpr pressures slightly and increase the dwell on the board. I can't imagine the Indy is that much different as far as tuning goes. The trick is to just gradually make very small adjustments until you get the effect you're looking for without causing any shootdown or consistency issues.

Ya, longer dwell makes you quieter, but also uses more air.

Each time you change your dwell, you should readjust your regs as well.

If you want the smoothest shot possible, then you'll also want to run your LPR as low as possible. Just set your velocity, then turn your LPR down until it's at the lowest setting it can run at consistently under rapid fire.
The toughest direction to point your finger is at yourself...
