if you have no way to swim, running is your best option.

Or, a very underused and classic method of cardio is a boxing heavy bag.

insane workout on those imo

but running, upto 30 minutes, before breakfast, is one of the best ways to use cardio for fat loss.

Depends on the intensity.


I think swimming is the most intense cardio. I was a runner, and when I was in mid season runnign condition and I went for a swim I was always dead and out of breath after. You're using a full body workout plus resistance training (the water).

swimming you use a ton of different muscles. Its also easier on your joints. If you have a pool I would do this along with some HIIT.

Plyometrics is SICK stuff. Gotta have great knees/ankles tho.
Kempo karate is good, but nothing beats swimming. (gotta have access to a pool tho) Running is the easiest, $40.00 pair of running shoes and some time.
All depends on your intensity level.
Try and do about 45min to 1 hr, 2-3 times a week. (alternate between cardio and some weight lifting)

I prefer to jump rope or to run is the best cardio exercise because you can do it according to your convenience and timing.
