Yes, .0625 is the size of a 1/16" bit. 1/16" hole is the largest I would suggest drilling out the stock hole in the stock position because if you drill any larger in the stock position you could break through the sidewall into the va threads. The 1/16" is the easiest way to gain more flow and it is about 50%. If you want 100% more flow then you can drill another .050 hole right next to the stock hole, but this will be harder as you will have no pilot hole to make sure the bit drills in the correct spot like you would enlarging the stock hole.
If you use a machinist you can mill out the stock hole to .070 but you have to off set this hole from the center of the stock hole to avoid breaking through the sidewall. Also, because of this off set you will have to use an endmill and not a drill bit.
