Is there really a noticeable deference in the consistentcy if the 2nd hole is drilled? I'm only allowed to play semi at all my fields and I can't walk past 15bps.

I'm a little confused what you mean by second hole as you only enlarge a single hole, but I am assuming you mean, will there be a noticeable increase in consistancy if I drill out my stock hole and only plan to shoot 15 bps.
The anwser is yes, even at 10-12.5 bps(psp ramping) drilling out the body gives the gun a viking like consistancy. Anyone whos seen a viking rip a stream knows they shoot absolute consistant ropes at any bps.

You don't use the magnets anymore he just put them in there for you to use in a trigger or something if you want. He changed the design a while back. It no longer requires the magnets.

umm good question lol. I haven't even got to look at my kit yet because I'm stuck over seas on business. probably lightly tap them out. or glue the opposite pole of the other magnet to back of the installation tool and pull it out maybe.

nothing in the kit or in the left insert tube is magnetic so they shouldn't stick to anything. Just take the left insert out and tilt the gun back and tap it. the piston sould fall out if not the magnets too. If the magnets still dont come out then put the rod all the way in the leaft insert tube and they will stick to it. Its steel.

Not coming out. Not sure why? Do you think they are sticking to the body?

Try some canned air in the holes above the VA. Or you could shoot them out by gassing up your shocker
But seriously, be careful if you do that.

What order did you put the parts in? I'm guessing,
Valve seat-piston-magnets-solenoid insert with bumper glued on.
Can you remove the valve seat?
I just tested putting magnets in a body with different combinations of parts and each time the magnets came out with a hard smack by the hand. not a light tap but a good wack knocks them free, as they do tend to get caught up.

Hooking up the tank worked! Turned it on and slowly turned the pressure up with something to catch parts. And POP! They all came out. Almost had to go to 300 psi to do it.

Heh, how'd you get to 300 psi without a solenoid insert? I would think all the pressure would vent pretty quick...

I had my cp reg turned down then slowly opened it up. It all shot straight out the back as soon as I turned it up. Still not sure how those little bastards got stuck in there in the first place.
