but pretty much anytime you exert yourself really hard you can throw up. i've thrown up running when making my best times. A lot of other people do it too. it's not like we want to, it just comes up lol

I am pretty sure I threw up at football practice before. It was not terribly uncommon for someone to throw up at a football or wrestling practice. I never come close to doing it while lifting. I lift at a pretty relaxed pace to be honest.

We have one guy who comes close to puking at least once or twice a week during wrestling. Not sure if he ever actually puked or just retches, but I bet he has.
I only come close after the rep-out on DL's for 5/3/1. Squats come fairly close too.

sometimes ill stand up or right after a set everything fades to black and then slowly comes back, especially on heavy compounds. probably not good
Normal, if it gets bad, put your head lower then your heart. Of course, passing out does the same thing
