What was so suicidal about that kids bench? He just slips the bar. I thought reverse grip was considered "suicide" grip. Which I do regularly.

people say it alligns your wrist different and feels better. personally i have tried it with a spot at like maybe 185 lbs. it feels nice but id rather have bad wrists then be dead or have a ****ed up voice after i drop weight on my neck.
