ya i mean boot camp is 8 weeks long you dont think we spend all that time gettin smoked and runnin obstical courses, there was plenty of class time set aside for bad *** picture skills, plus once you get to AIT you get even more picture practice

sorry bro i left my simple 11b days behind when i tried to go 18e so AIT was a must and so was airborne but i am still infantry at heart

i figured as much... well now i am a civilian but when i tried for 18e and missed i reclassed to 25s so that i could still join the suport company and deploy

A buddy of mine just got back from selection. Missed his 20k time by a few min and got sent home. He can go back tho and plans to after the next deployment. **** sounds pretty crazy but I would still like to go.
Theres a few of us talking about going at the same time.
Why did you not make it? Im just asking to see what the common failures are for

imo the "common failures" are simple... it is the hardest ****ing thing you will ever try to do

ya that is the key to success but not giving in to it as harder than just saying it, just ask the 95% of the guys who dont make it, believe me very few people who make it to selection dont fail because they are not physically capable of finishing. with the exception of injury's
