Hpa vs co2

I'm getting a ca adapter and want to know which is better hpa or co2? I prefer hpa but since the mags work w/ co2 am I better off with it.

Second question can you replace the back piece with a t9.1 to use the screw in stock?

hpa is a more consistent gas and could be used without modification so it is purely preference. co2 is colder so the seals are made to withstand extreme temperature and pressure changes so i would go for air

HPA, there isn't any difference in the two but you can get a CF HPA tank and have it lighter. However if you're planning on buying a Steel HPA tank you'd be better off with a 3.5oz CO2
