Well I'm goin to the Oklahoma D-Day big game this year and figured i would need some specialized gear in order to have a good time. So I got the Deadlywind DT14 replacement body and a collapsible stock to go on the back. Well enough talk and lets get down to business and pics.

So it looks pretty goofy with the shiny blue and the dull black, but it will be very nice because now i can get a remote line and a gun strap on it so i don't have to lug the whole thing around in my hands all day long.

Nice! Maybe if you remove the reg sleeve, you could get rid of some of the blue if it's a bother.
Other than that, it's looking pretty gewd!

Yeah, i thought about doing that, but the new body changed the feel of the gun enough already and i've been shooting this thing for a LONG time, i'm used to the reg like that and i don't really want to change it.

It was actually surprisingly easy to put on, except for the front grip frame screw, that thing was AWFUL! i don't know if you noticed but the front of this body sticks out way far, so the very front screw is about 4-5 inches down inside the body (right above the reg) and you have to kinda drop it down in there and pray that you get it right. There's just a little bitty hole on the top of the body for you to stick an allen wrench through. That wasn't fun at all.

Ah I see what you mean, that could be a pain to get to. How did the BOB turn out on it? Hopefully you don't have to touch the front grip screw again thanks to the BOB.

oh yeah, i forgot! it's got BOB, yeah i haven't tried that out yet, ill get to that pretty soon here. I've got a long weekend starting tomorrow so i should have plenty of time to get out and shoot and tinker. sounds like a good weekend to me!

i would never do anything like that to my gun epiphany.. if u want a woodsball go buy one, dont ruin a perfectly good gun.. thats just my opinion

ruin? it takes about 30 seconds to take the stock off and now its the same old gun that i've always shot, it just looks different. i kinda like it now actually. So now i can go play some scenario with a stock, sling, flashlight, laser, camera, whatever...or i can still have my normal epiphany.

One of the better investments i've ever made for this gun imo.
