For awhile in December I was probably doing 3/4 a gallon a day of 2%.
Def don't go for the skim.

I did GOMAD whole (Vitamin D) to go from 175lbs to 205 now while following Starting Strength and generally eating everything in sight.
I did not get fat.
I have a photo around here from when I was 195, gimmie a sec.

honeslty the only difference in those pics is the pose. arms and shoulders look identical.
boilmaker im convinced your workouts are horrible. if you worked out with me for 2 weeks im inclinded to say you would look different even in that short amount of time. your arms look like they have never even lifted a pop can.
