Jesus,yesterday I took 2 thermal shock,scoops of superpump and 3 Anavite and I could not leave the gym...I looked at the clock and 4 ****ing hours passed by..I hate that. I just went OVER board with caffeine and the B.A from anavite did not help..

But I got my moneys worth at an all you can eat sushi buffet right after.

Yea im also squatting more then my deads. I can do 235 good form squats and only like 205 good form deads. I also only recently starting doing deads. Im doing deads today so ill see if if i can get it up a bit.

New workout time...this NROL workout is retarded:

Yesterday I almost passed out/puked.
Today I made it to my car and hurled for a good 5 minutes.

It's either too many reps, too little rest or I'm doing too much weight or all 3. Not to mention Gold's keeps the gym at like...72 degrees. Heart's still pounding and I still feel like **** lol.
