that's what i've noticed about liberals. They never wear anything patriotic or idealize any Americans besides obama. You'll never seen an American flag on a prius; only trucks. I'm sure they'll even have a problem with the bald eagles. **** em.

Great day at the gym, I wasn't rushed to go to class or work so I could actually pace myself and get a full workout.

Did lower body today:

After running 1.5, I finally got my 5x5 225 Squats, I had to reset a few weeks ago back to 135 when I was at ~190 because my form was terrible. So I reset at 135 and finally built back up with good form and got my 225. Deadlift 5x5 175 which felt pretty good too. Tried doing seated calf raises, I had 135 on the thing and did 5x10, but I just didn't feel it, in comparison to feeling my quads from squats. Went back over and did straight leg dead lifts for my hams, 5x10 at 135. Then did 5x10 Jeffersons for my glutes, but they seemed to have hit my quads a lot more... going to need to find a better lift for glutes.

had to stiff leg it walking out, but I feel really good now.

Thats what i thought.


Had a great day for squats today, tried rippetoe form and went to free squats which seemed to help quite a bit. I just hope i didnt ruin this workout.

you guys should try 15-20 squats...felt like dying. I thought 3-5 with heavy weight is bad. I couldn't even breath with 15

I ignored dead lifts up until recently, I could probably do more, probably around 205-215, but I'd rather make sure my form is good so I don't build up on a bad form, then have to reset and relift like I did with my squats.
