we had a one leg leg press competition at the gym i worked at. i won by doing 7 plates on each side. 630 lbs of weight plus the sled. tweaked my hip a little bit but it was worth the glory.

Sled weights vary...

Whith leg presses it also goes back to the tricep push-down thing, on various leg presses you can leg press different weights.

Yea, my new gym has one leg press that can only hold 13 plates on a side (skinny all iron nonbumper plates rule for loading legpress). It also has a good hack machine and a decent pinloaded squat press (a legit 530lb resistance).

But it also has a slick double decker that goes up to 40 plates and has space to load more plates or dbs on top. Unfortunately you still get dbags locking out 4 inches with a bunch of plates on and thinking they're strong.


DC will make you strong as **** on the leg press, I think my final workout on the last blast I did was 1350x5 for the heavy set and 810x20 for the widowmaker.

Funny story, I went to a friend's gym that had the hammer strength squat press, and I told him to bring me every plate in the gym. They only had 22 45s

I did them for quads only...that's how it is in the program. Quads here meaning squat/hacksquat/smith squat/leg press (large compound exercises, if you did extensions you are not doing dc)

Just did the cutting program from NROL. I almost passed out and hurled simultaneously. Went home without finishing - don't think I was hydrated enough for this lol.

Workout A:

Super Set 75 seconds rest:
Squats 3x15 (155, 135, 135)
Seated Cabled Row 3x15 (50, 70, 70)

*2-minute rest*

Super Set 75 seconds rest:
Lying hip extensions 3x15
DB Push Press 3x15 (25, 25, 25)

*2-minute rest*

Super Set 75 seconds rest:
Rotational Lunges 3x15 (30, almost passed out, X)
Swiss Crunches 3x15 (1, almost passed out, X)

so disappointed i'm not posting numbers. I blame my recent 1000 calorie a day diet(no food what so ever in dorm). In the middle of my work out i decided to do 135x5 just for the **** of it and i couldn't get it up once. Looked and felt like a *****. A soft soft *****.

at least i had my ucf rugby shirt on so i'm still hardcore
