OIF5: A ****ing modular......with plywood and 2x4 furniture. I'd of killed for what y'all have now.

We invaded Iraq in 2003, and stayed for 15 months. For the first 7 of those months, I slept on a cot next to our track in the open. After 7 months, we got a GP large, which fell down every two nights in the wind. Then, after 11 months, we finally got a shipping container, and we built our furniture from plywood. Still no AC or heat.
Then the last month we got AC

Lol. Only our company commander got special treatment. Which I suppose would include you. All the other officers though were sleeping in the dirt with us. Got to give them credit.
