Just updated the videos page and added the HB vids. I also converted them to Flash so they stream faster.

so this weekends gonna be great, hopefully we'll be at FOD. but if 7man goes down to asylum we'll be going down there with them. as of right now they'll be in greencastle though and that doesn't look like it's going to change

Hey Duddy are you going to "ref" the practice on the 6th? It will be another Skills and Drills practice. Bring your gear just in case you do. Also on the 20th I think we'll have a special guest at the practice. The snake player for the Ironmen! His first tournament team was Wiseguys.

I don't think so. The FOD practice is primarily grinding. Lets see how it goes on the 6th and if he can make it the 20th.
