how many ALL dust black geo+s were made? i heard something like 14?

All dust black geos were just a small color option they did for a bit. nothing special. mine and all the ones i have found are close in number, and is not a prototype(this doesn't mean protos were int hat color) mine is a 09 with gr-2 preinstalled

i thought the solid dust color geo were just a limited production ones sold at cup with the gst kit installed already?

You're referring to the original ten Geo+'s sold at the PSP World Cup. There were two olive, two mint green, two blue, two red and two silver - no black ones on that occasion.
