Planet Eclipse = Best Customer Service
I'm sure this isn't any new news to any of you, but today Planet Eclipse reminded me again today why it's such a good idea to shoot a PE product.
I recently acquired a LP tank and needed a LP spring for my Geo's reg.
I then searched the planet eclipse website for service centres to get one shipped to my local field since they were out. I ended up finding that the US HQ for Planet Eclipse was only a short 8min drive down the road from the college I attend. I was aware that the service centre wasn't exactly a dealer so I was hesitant to ask if they'd be able to supply me a spring if i stopped by. When I called I was directed to Marc Lancia, who to my surprise, did just that. I drove down later that day to purchase the spring from the service centre where Marc met me himself.

It pays to shoot Planet Eclipse products. Not only do they beat out any other marker, but they also have the best customer service and relationship out there.
