I had that issue with the beta, but im not now, then again, im not on my home computer that it was happening on.
And i was on IE7

There is a bug where if you are at a low resolution like 1024x768 and using IE7 that you get a horizontal scroll bar 50 pixels before you are supposed to. I STRONGLY urge you to get a real browser, IE7 is really old and busted. |

Well maybe if you guys wouldn't go switching ****, my perfectly fine working web browser would work perfect, just like it does on all the other more updated sites.

new layout isn't too bad, I can get used to it after a few hours of lookin at it. 
It would be nice to be able to customize what shows up at the top tho(news/community) but it isn't too hard to just scroll down the page a tiny bit ya know?
