Lol at taking a shot at the liberal arts. You don't "hide" athletes in liberal arts. If anything it's going to be tougher for them to succeed in liberal arts than science majors. From what I've seen most athletes (football anyways) are business majors, or some variation.

Georgia Tech: average of 1364
Notre Dame: middle 50% 1390-1490
Duke: middle 50% 1386-1562
Vanderbilt: middle 50% 1330-1490
I realize you said recently, not necessarily most recent, but I couldn't find the past ~5 years averages for all these schools
I'm not taking a shot at liberal arts. It's common opinion that it's easier than college-level maths and sciences. If you choose to think differently, that's fine.
As for the SAT scores, I DOUBT those are football players. That's what I was talking about.
