Adding 180lbs to 300 is not the same as adding 180 to 500lbs.

Well it certainly varies but most of the competitions I've looked into had the rules written that way. There's no clear cut answer I guess. I can't decide if I want to buy wraps or knee sleeves.

idk what raw means exactly but all i use is a belt and my spotter.... and i have never even heard of lifting competitions in my city so no i havent competed

What the **** do you mean you "use a spotter"? How the **** do you use a spotter? This is the second time you've mentioned it and I still fail to see how a spotter fits into you squatting, unless you either fail the lift or are doing a "team lift".

I go raw dog (lol) but i use a spotter. when i don't use a spotter my lifts are

I was going to buy Rehbands before they sell out of them forever, but then I saw that they are 33 dollars per sleeve, not per pair.

Bench- 295 highest I tried
Deadlift- 516 (highest I tried its my area code did it for ****s and giggles)
Squat- Haven't been squatting lately but I was just doing reps of 305
Curl- 170 (straight bar)


edit- my overhead is horrible because my arms are so long. But Strict press I can get up probally 170 maxing.

Wow no offense meant to any of the football players here, but y'all must not do very much lifting at all. 425 for a guard? When I played I was doing 400+ as a receiver at 175. Granted, our team sucked, but nobody could say we weren't strong.
