CLA or Conjugated linoleic acid

I have been looking up some information about it and it seems like it might help me get over my set point and reach my goal i work out 5 times a week with cardio training resistance and flexability and i alos do ab work and i have a contolled diet recentley i began to take Whey protien to help with my protien intake has anyone tried this and if so what is your opinion?

I don't know what the hell you tried to say, but I took CLA for a month once. There were some results. Nothing major.

here is my diet
MTWTF 930am:egg and cheese sandwich and small bowl of yogurt with granola Green tea
MWF:12pm grilled chicken wrap no dressing and a granola bar with water
630pm mixed usually small plate of pasta with marinara sauce and a salad no dressing with Cheddar cheese

Tuesdays and Thursdays 1pm 4inch sub on wheat bread oven roasted chicken breast tomatoes lettuces and pickles no dressing, water and a gronola bar 3pm the rest of 4in sub "total 8inches"
630pm Grilled chicken salad with no dressing small amount of cheese and with croutons

If there is something wrong with my diet instead of making fun of me i would appreciate if you helped me fix it thanks
