Wear on my GR-2

I have a geo with gst/gr2 which probably has 7 cases thru it (could be more) and as I was relubricating the bolt assembly, I noticed wear on the tip of the prop shaft. is this normal?

dwell is @ 12.5 and velocity is 270-285 FPS.

Where is the wear exactly? If it is around the o-rings, then this isn't unheard of. Switching to a #011 bumper o-ring may help to prevent this.

the area around that part of the propshaft that slides into the bolt is showing wear.

As I said, try switching from the stock #010 bumper o-ring to a #011.

I just want to know if wear on a bolt component is normal or not.

A bit of wear on either the Prop Shaft Tip or Bolt usually means that the Prop Shaft Tip has not been screwed onto the body of the Prop Shaft correctly and is thus at a slight angle.

Simply contact your local Eclipse Service Center and they will gladly take care of you.
