Didn't see if you had an answer or not, so I'll just give you some help since there hasn't been really any answers in this forum. I can't tell the size but it appears to be a 4500 tank. And I think it's out of hydro, but not sure.

I have a PMI/Empire 68/4500 tank that I've had for about a month. Its a really nice tank for the price, but I have a small "problem" (I'm not even sure that you could call it that). When the tank is fully screwed into my asa, the gauge is on the bottom (where it is in danger of hitting the ground/rocks/etc), and the fill nipple is jutting into my wrist (making it somewhat uncomfortable to play with). Is it possible to rotate the whole regulator around the axis to move these two items to a safer and more comfortable position. I noticed that there are two allen key screws on the regulator located 180 degrees from one another. Can I loosen these and rotate the whole thing? And does it need to be completely de-aired to do this if it is possible? Please let me know on here or via PM. Thank you!

So I just picked up a reactor 3 regulator in a trade and am having some issues with it. The fill nipple had a herniated oring so it leaked horribly. Swapped it out for another fill nipple and now seals properly. Tried to fill and reg bleeds air out of the vent hole above the fill nipple at 100psi. The bonnet is also dinged with a crack in the lip and can't tell if that'll be an issue as I haven't been able to get the cylinder to hold enough air to see if that cylinder oring is able to do it's job. I'm not seeing a whole lot of answers posted in this thread. My question is would a rebuild kit take care of this venting? Is there somewhere I can get an exploded parts diagram for the reactor 3? I only saw the reactor 2 on the website for paintballsolutions and no Contact us link. Also, is there somewhere I can buy a new bonnet for this reg?

I have a 45/45 basic Empire tank. It is leaking from the bonnet inbetween the reg body. I have already changed out both piston orings and leak has not stopped. Bad piston?

I just bought a PE 72 / 3000 tank

http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00...00_i00_details

and had it filled at my local shop before trying to play this weekend and they filled it until the gauge on their fill station read 3000 psi and the tank gauge read like 2200. This shop is not known for maintaining or upgrading their equipment but another employee filled my other tank to 3000 a few days ago. So I'm wondering do you guys test the tank with the gauge on it before its distributed and they must have followed the gauge on my other tank or is there a real possibility that I got a bad gauge?

I bought an Empire basic system, are the Empire regs adjustable and if so, how would I drop the output pressure on my tank? The Ninja I had before was add/subtract a shim or two.

I have an Empire Ultra tank with the reactor 4 reg and took a bad dive. The reg busted in half at the end of the threads. Are things like this covered in the warranty?
