Narizo is attending Decay of Nations VI
Laid up exercises

Well long story short, just had ACL surgery so I'm effed for a while. I have a set of dumbells and thats really it... can add weight and what not; but looking for ideas for exercises.

Got the standard bi and tri exercises no problem.
Been doing some military press the best I can and shoulder press and a modified sitting upright row.

Most everything has to be done from a sitting position can stand a little

--let me know if you have any thoughts.
