Rt Classic

My RT Classic shoots very weak ( cant seem the get the velocity to go up) and every other shot just barely pushes air out ( not sure if its leaking) and shoots the ball maybe 2 feet... Anybody know what could be the cause of this? I'm not very experienced at all in automags, or paintball guns in general so if you know what this could be try to tell me as simple as possible.

a $14 rebuild kit will fix you up nice.

Oh, and you aren't using an LP tank, correct?

Reg seat is a uerethane disc looking thing between the valve halves. A new one will come in a rebuild kit.

rebuild kit(I was off by about $3):

The RT needs at least 600-650 psi to run well consistantly. I find that HP presets around 800-900psi are ideal. A LP tank only puts out about 400psi, if you're using one, that would be a big problem for you. look on your tank or tank reg and see if it has an output engraved on it, or if the reg is a blue Crossfire reg, that's LP.

It says 450... so that would cause it to do this? Would it work fine if I had a different tank? I still want to use a repair kit and all that on it when I get more familiar with it, but in short term would a new tank work?

Bingo. Should work fine with a higher output tank.
