What were your stats when you started lifting and now?

Started in June 2008

5 ft 11 in
260 lbs

Bench-95
Deadlift- 135
Squat- Couldn't even do

I was pretty much in the worst possible shape

Now

187lbs

Bench- 230
Deadlift-405
Squat- ??? never max on it

I'm still not anywhere even close to having my ideal physique but I'm happy with the progress I've slowly made.

I started around march of 2003
6'0'' 235
Bench - 135
Squat - 225+ It wasn't very hard to do a couple times, but did not max
dead - didn't do them

Now
6'2''
310

Best Maxes:
Bench - 385 hoping for that 405 soon
Squat - 605x2
Dead - 595

squat and dead are way down right now, been away from them a while. But wanted to show how far I had come. I was able to hit those maxes during winter break I believe.

Squat is like 500 now, no idea what my deadlift is. They'll be going back up this summer.

I started Feb 09, these were the earliest stats I remember.

Weight was 117lbs
Bench ~35lbs 5x5
Squat ~55lbs 5x5
Deadlift ~75 3x5

Best lifts so far are
Bench 165x1
Squat 275x1 or 255x5
Deadlift 346x1 or 315x4
and i'm weighing around 170 now.

At one point I was 5'8" 108 lbs and you could not see my abs. XS shirts were literally baggy on me. Having a TINY bone structure didn't help either, I was wearing 26-27 inch girls jeans and had 5.8 inch wrists. I could bench the bar after doing push ups like a moron for 3 months trying to get stronger.

p.s. I still have 5.8 inch wrists and a 28" men's waist.

Bench: 135.

I didn't have any other stats but my first deadlift max was like 225 years later. Squat was around 200 if I had to take a stab.

Current:

5' 11"
230lbs
Bench: 340 (pre-pec strain, couldn't do it right this second but I'll be back soon enough)
Deadlift: 420
Squat 375x2

Started to seriously lift focusing on the big 3:
11/1/09
130 5'3"
Bench 135x3
Squat 135x3
Dead 185x5

4/14/10
155 5'3"
Bench 185x5 (we'll call it 5)
Squat 245x6
Dead 315x5

These are just PRs I hit during work sets, and aren't necessarily max effort.

Also, I have never taken a 1rm of any of my lifts.

When I put 11/1 as a start date, the day I truly started lifting was 9/1, but I only did cardio, core, upperbody for a month then got mono. When I started off in Sept. I was more around 125.

fixed my form in October of last year but I started in may.

Then
170 lbs
bench 300, probably 260-270 with good form.
Leg press 600?

Now
185 lbs
bench 330 with good form
leg press 800?

Don't max on legs much so those are estimates.

I started in 7th grade.

Bench-135
Dead- Just started doing these not too long ago, the first time I maxed (which was after a few months of doing them) I got 350.
Squats- Same with deads, except I've been doing them longer. My first squat max that I remember was like 265.

Now

Bench- 240
Dead- 385
Squats- 375

and guys with lower back problems. It's not diagnosed but **** hurts when I squat, even with light weight. And I have good form on squat.

Wait, so my wrist and waist size has something to do when determining how big I am? I think not. Sure, I'm short and I have small bones, but that plays not the slightest role when determining how big/muscular I am.
