Lifting and Supplaments
alright guys, im 18 and i recently broke a bone in my hand and have kinda been down and out for a couple months. But before that I was getting ready for wrestling and stuff, lifting, running and taking protein and i went from 118 to around 130 but now im back down to 119 again.
do you guys have any preference on good supplament to add mass and get bigger and sutch in addition to lifting?

Creatine. Its a steroid so it will only be legal for a little while longer.

A decent whey protein is all you need. Other than that I might add in a multivitamin and fish oil, but that's it. Just ****ing eat right.

that is only a partial truth. it can **** up ur stomach but not from being dehydrated. it will **** you up with you dont have the right natural hormone balance in ur body. really only certain people can take it without adverse effects because not everyone has the right hormone balance.
Creatine allows for highly synthesized muscle growth by stimulating more muscle cells to be made. Hormones play a huge part in cellular reproduction.
U should ask ur doctor about ur hormonal balance to see if creatine is right for you. Most likley you will need more estrogen (yes u have some and yes it is needed in your body) to find the right balance because young males have too much testosterone on the average.

How tall are you? Also, don't listen to what people tell you, generally the person you run into everyday on the streets is completely ignorant when it comes to supplements...

Creatine, protein and a multi-vitamin is good enough. The diet is gonna be the biggest key for u to gain mass.

You are 119 pounds asking about supplements.

Lolz, we're just holding back on all the super awesome supplements that make up for halfassed eating habits and ****ty routines.
Your diet controls your results. Supplements are a tiny tiny percentage.

i actually feel for you since i was in a similar situation. i worked up to 120, dropped to 112 for wrestling, and couldn't put the weight back on. i'm 5'7 and i'm up to 129 now. you really don't need supplements (i don't take any) but if you want, i suggest whey protein cause it's real basic and fairly cheap.
you have to eat a lot though, that's the main thing. up your protein intake to like 150g a day and eat like 3000 calories and you're good to go. you'll put size on.

then i remember the internet is down...and im forced to jack off to thoughts of a girl in my class into a sock. i watch the george lopez show then go to sleep"

i don't see a difference in someone who weighs 200 pounds asking about supps and someone who weighss 100. I think it's more about experience than anything. just cause someone weighs 200 doesn't mean they're beast and they know any more than the guy who weighs 100
