Check your eye setting (flickering yellow) could be reversed and giving you an eye malfunction and capping the board to 8bps.

Read the manual a bit more. Just put a hopper through it. Nothing like the sweet sound of a shocker ripping :-) also just got my order from McMaster.... More orings to try lol.
Thanks for all the help. Looks good so far

JBWeld on the tip of an allen wrench perhaps? let it cure and twist it out?
If not, you'll have to drill it off, not a great time.

Bought the hybrid print dynasty shocker todd martinez built years ago,
I decided to do a complete rebuild seeing as though this thing likely has over 1,000,000 paintballs through it's breech.
When I took the bolt assembly out of the body, I realized that I had a stock firing can with an HE bolt. I have been trying to fish that sealing oring out by shoving the oring pick into the can with the bolt slid forward, backwards, halfway everything with no luck.
Any advice on tricks to get that dang oring out? and furthermore how to go about putting a new one on while it is buried inside the firing can?
Thanks guys!

First things first push the whole can out with the bolt inside. Then work on it from there sometimes you can wiggle it past the rear can oring. When you put it back together dont use that oring its useless in a stock can because the stock can doesnt have the surface. To seal against it.

ended up wiggling it past the rear- thanks jim!!
now let me get this straight,
I have a stock firing can (one hole between the two o rings and not able to separate the cap) so it is useless to put the HE sealing Oring that was keeping the bolt stuck in the first place?

Correct. Reinstall without the HE oring.

I have returned!
So I replaced every o-ring including non-sealing.
lubed it well,
air it up and shoot the first shot with some fsdo as expected, second and third had slight drop off as well. Fourth shot had full pressure, then the fifth dry fire sticks the bolt forward with air rushing out of the solenoid.
I shove the bolt back and click the solenoid to find that now it just stops the air flowing out of the noid, and when i fire again the bolt does nothing while the air starts rushing out again.
tl,dr:
first shot is fine, second shot sticks forward. When bolt is shoved back air rushes out noid and stops/starts with the trigger

ok, maybe you guys can help, i'm thinking its the bolt sail O-ring but i could be wrong, shocker has full stock SFT internals with HE guide...it has a very small leak down the barrel, so slight in fact you have to hold your ear to the feedneck to hear it...it is not sprung, and i tried cleaning/lubing it and changing the Can/sleeve orings...

If it feels like its coming from inside the bolt it's your front bolt guide tip oring.
If it feels like its coming from around the outside of the bolt it's either the front inner or front outter can oring.
