Eating Protein Bars and drinking water for meals
Hey guys I really dont feel like buying groceries, but I got a ton of protein bars.
If I just eat a protein bar as a meal replacement with a bottle of water instead of normal food for my 3 meals will this impact my health negitively?

you could get away with ONE of those and a bottle of water for a mid-day or mid-evening snack, that's it. NOT for a whole important meal like brkfast, lunch, and din din.

its cool man these guys don't know what there talking about. if you want chiseled abs and bi's then eat only protein bars. i try to get about 500g of protein a day so all i eat is protein bars,so many *****es compliment me on my abs and so many guys wish they were me.

If you wanna get big, but not TOO big, that's a good meal plan. Throw half of a lean chicken breast in at lunch.
