REX R2 Airleak
The only problem with the gun was towards the end of the day I ran out of compressed air so I had a spare co2 tank and hooked it up. The I noticed the pressure regulator was reading about 1000psi!!!
I tried to unscrew the small allen on the front below the gauge. While firing to relieve the pressure.
Then it started to leak like crazy from the allen screw! I could not get it to stop. Is that supposed to have lock-tight or something? See picture for which one it is.
How can I get it to seal again? Any help would be appreciated

I tried to take it apart and could not figure how to get it open...
I'm not afraid to take it apart but I'm afraid to do any permanent damages trying to take something apart that does not come apart.

I will double check, but i think it unscrews in the middle, it been a while but I remember it was a ***** to unscrew top and bottom. I used two vise grips to finally unscrew it apart. I will look at it tomorrow and let you know for sure, maybe snap some pics.

ok... so i did get it out and completed the repair. Ur right, there is a seam which unscrews, it was kinda tough to unscrew... :/
I lubed it up and got it all working again... and jb weld on the little screw may be a little excessive.

Yep, I forgot to tell you about the little screw. I used locktight on mine but I guess jb weld works. Glad it working for you.
