Velocity Issues with Evil Pimp

I have an Evil Pimp with ghetto board, hybrid sparta HPR, and everything else stock. I'm having difficulty getting the marker over 200 fps, even with adjusting the hpr and lpr. (now lasoya intimidator lpr)

I didn't find anything in the manual that I hadn't already tried as well as in the stickies.

What i've done so far:
rebuilt the stock Lpr, hpr and the rest of the marker.

Changed the battery for a fresh 9 volt.

Checked hoses for kinks.

Relubed the ram shaft.

Attempted multiple times to 'zero' out the regs and readjust from there.

Had trouble adjusting lpr with stock respirator, switched it for a lasoya intimidator lpr I had handy. The stock lpr would creep horribly, even after a rebuild and the 'bag trick'. Double checked it against another stock respirator I had handy, same problem. I'm out of usable cupseals, so i've given up on the respirator.

It felt like the poppet wasn't being struck hard enough by the ram, so I adjusted the ram/bolt placement. still no change.

I had an old piranha spring I'd gotten from Rj Skate Shop (he thought if it was cut down, it would work, and it worked perfectly up until this problem) I removed the spring to see if the spring tension might have been too much for the poppet to open correctly. No change from removing the spring.

Cleaned the poppet and put a drop of oil on it. No change.

Also Increased dwell slightly, very little change.

I've run out of ideas, and I'd really like to get this marker running properly again. I would really appreciate any help you guys could offer.

Are you using a High Pressure Pre-Set HPA Tank or a Low-Pressure Pre-Set?

High pressure pre-set, myth 4500 to be exact. I have no low pressure tanks to speak of.

what's your lpr pressure and dwell? try 120-130 for your lpr, and a dwell of 12(I think, been a while). Also make sure your paint isn't too small for your barrel.
